Shipping

We ship art via FedEx or trusted fine art shippers, depending on size, weight, and destination. Every piece is carefully packed and most are shipped straight from the artist’s studio within 2–4 weeks.

Obtaining a Shipping Quote

Option 1: Go ahead and checkout. We’ll follow up with your custom shipping quote and a payment link.

Option 2: Want a quote before you checkout? Just email us at hello@friday-arts.com or call or text us at 917-334-7330. We’ll send a quote and a link for easy checkout. Note: we can’t hold artworks during this process.

Once Your Order Ships

We’ll email you with tracking details once your order ships. Have questions? Feel free to reach out anytime at hello@friday-arts.com or 917-334-7330. Signature is required for deliveries, so please ensure you provide an address where an adult can sign for receipt.

Returns


We want you to feel confident and excited about the art you collect. Each piece on our site is a unique work, thoughtfully created by an artist and reflecting a lifetime of dedication to their craft. Because of this, all sales are final.

Much like a custom piece of furniture or a commissioned design, original artwork is not eligible for return. We believe this honors the time, care, and individuality that goes into each creation.

That said, we’re here to help you make a choice you’ll love. If you’d like to see more photos, ask about framing, or get a better sense of how a piece might look in your space, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We're happy to provide additional images or answer any questions to help you feel good about your purchase.
